IronHerd was founded by Kyle Kirk, a seasoned Learning and Development leader with over 14 years of experience across tech, healthcare, nonprofit, and government sectors. After building enterprise-wide learning systems, launching leadership pipelines, and designing learning solutions for companies like Google, Deloitte, and The Friedkin Group; Kyle saw a critical gap: small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) were being left behind simply because they didn’t have million-dollar L&D budgets.
